Product Description

Molecular sieve also named synthetic zeolite,it is a silico-aluminate multi-microporous crystal.it's a essential skeleton structure consist of silica, aluminum oxide tetrahedron,there are metal cation(like Na+,K+,Ca2+,Li+ etc.)in the lattice,to balance the excess negative charge in the crystal.According the structure of the crystal molecular sieve have those types:A-Type,X-Type,Y-Type etc.
Adsorption function:The adsorption of materials by molecular sieve comes from physical adsorption(VDW(Van der Waals' force)),there are strong polarity and coulomb fields in the pores of crystals,it's shows a strong adsorption for the polar molecule(like water) and unsaturated molecule.
Select function:the apertures of the molecular sieve are distributed very uniform,only the diameter of the molecular less than the diameter of the molecular sieve,it can enter the inner of the molecular sieve.
To distinguish between molecules of different substances by the priority and size of adsorption,so it called "molecular sieve".

Molecular sieve structure has many pores with uniform pore size and neatly arranged pores,so it have large water absorption.
Molecular sieve have uniform distribution of the size for the pore,so it can play a fast drying role.
Molecular sieve can be regenerated by high pressure or high temperature, so it has a long service life.
Molecular sieve 's raw material is zeolite,so it is not easy to break.
