plastic structured packing includes PP,PPC,PE.CPVC,PVDF and RPP. We can supply many plastic random packing products,such as ladder ring,pall ring,rectangle saddle ring,haier ring,conjugate ring ,hollow ball ,rossete ring etc. We can also manufacture in accordence with customers' requirements. Our products have the following features:corrosion resistance,wall thin,high void fraction ,low pressure drop,high efficiency transferring,low energy cost,easy assembly and recyclable use.It is good operation at the low temperature absorption.It's widely used in petroleum ,chemical ,alkali-chloride,coal gas and environmental protection,etc.
Plastic structured packing has advantage of light weight, large capacity, and low pressure drop, large specific surface and easy to be instead. The wire is an admixture of PP and polyacrylonitrile, the plastic corrugated plate packing is made of PP and PVDF plate, which can be perforated increase mass transferring efficiency.
Design:Our own design or according to clients' drawings and requirements.Application:
1.Mass transfer of temperaure sensitive chemical products.
2.Negative pressure,pressurization operation.
3.Batch and continuous distillation.
