INERT CERAMIC BALLS

It has the advantages of high strength, high stabilities to chemical and thermal circumstances. It can resist the corrosion to acid, alkali, salt and all organic solvents. Being used as a supporting and a covering material of catalyst in reactors, oil refinery, chemical, fertilizer production, natural gas and environmental protection industries. The main role of these ceramic balls is to increase the distribution spots of gas of liquid and to support and protect the activating catalyst with low strength.
 

 

Advantages

 

(1) High wear-resistance
The alumina balls wear-resistance is higher than the common alumina balls. When it is working, the ball won't pollute the grinding materials, so it can keep the purity and improve the stability of grinded materials especially the ceramic glaze.

99% High Alumina Ceramic Ball (Catalyst Support Media) Is made from alumina powder of low silicon content. This makes them all ideal choice for support of all types of catalyst. It has a high temperature and high pressure resistance, bibulous rate is low, the characteristics of the chemical performance is stable. Can withstand the erosion of acid, alkali and other organic solvents, and can endure in the production process of temperature changes. Its main function is to increase gas or liquid distribution points, support and protection intensity is not high activity of the catalyst.
