PP Plastic Random Packing Media Heilex Ring Packing Scrubber Media
Plastic heilex ring is also named plastic crown-type raschig ring. It is a open-celled tower packing. This type of tower packing has many circular openings on its surface. Its surface design is based on the saddle shaped structure. Plastic heilex ring adopts injection molding technique, which greatly enlarges its surface area and increases its void ratio. Its unique geometric structure improves the gas and liquid distribution in the packing layer.
Plastic heilex ring has superior performance. It is characterized by high flooding point, low pressure drop, small wall-flow effect and good anti-impact capacity. Plastic crown-type raschig ring has uniform gas-liquid distribution and excellent mass transfer performance. It is suitable for gas absorption, cooling and purification. Plastic heilex ring is widely used in scrubbing tower, cooling tower and other reaction towers.

Plastic heilex ring not only has the properties of large flux,low pressure drop, good corrosion-resistant & anti-collision strengths, but also has a filler not nested, the wall effect of small-and gas-liquid flow evenly distributed and so on. Heilex ring's saddle-shaped openings of the main cone cylinder, increases surface area and porosity, and improves gas-liquid distribution in the packing bed.
