Plastic structured packing has advantage of light weight,large capacity,and low pressure drop,large specific surface and easy to be instead.The wire is an admixture of PP and polyacrylonitrile,the plastic corrugated plate packing is made of PP and PVDF plate,which can be perforated increase mass transferring efficiency.

Product overview
Plastic structured packing is a uniform geometric arrangement and stacked packing. The Plastic structured packing consist of the hole of plastic orifice plate corrugated filler,rolled small grain,big grain, Have those characteristics
: low resistance, uniform distribution of gas and liquid , high efficiency, large energy,amplification effect is not obvious etc.Used in negative pressure,normal pressure and pressure operations.
Compared with metal corrugated plate packing, plastic corrugated plate has the characteristics of high flux, low pressure and large surface area etc.
Plastic corrugated plate is used in gas purification, fertilizer, environmental protection(especially in ammonia desulfurization),desulfurization tower of fertilizer plant , washing tower of waste incineration treatment , alkali washing tower for chlor-alkali production, cooling tower, and neutralizing tower industry.
