The Zhongci 99 High Alumina Support Media is in chemical composition99+% alpha alumina and a maximum 0.2wt% SiO2. Because of its high alumina content and low silica (SiO2 ), it's a very excellent and ideal product for high temperature and steam applications, such as secondary reformers in processing, where leached silica will coat downstream equipment or foul the catalyst bed.

The Zhongci 99 High Alumina Support Media has very excellent thermal properties, with its high density high-temperature resistance 1550ºC, also it's a good choice for heat retention or deceleration media.

For its superior chemical resistance, it's suitable for applications in ole fin processes, such as ethylene dryers, where there's the polymerization problem.

Alumina Ball Support Media widely used as underlying packing material for the hydro cracking systems, refining systems, CRCC systems, isomerizing systems and demethylating systems of petrochemical plants, chemical fiber plants, alkyl benzene plants, aromatic plants, ethylene plants, and natural gas plants.
As the supporting or covering material for catalysts, molecule sieves and dryers inside reactors and packing material towers.
As the packing in thermal storage equipment. it is used in the air separation process and functions as a kind of heat exchange media. The requirement quickly required by heating of billet during steel rolling.
The primary purpose is to increase the gas or liquid distribution points, and support and protect less strong active catalysts.
