Production Details 

  Compared with the pall ring, the cascade ring add flanging on one of single end , the general cascade ring compare with the pall ring can be increased by 10-20%, the pressure is reduced by 30-40%, and the separation efficiency has different degrees of improvement depending on the specific process.
  The structure can not only increase the mechanical strength of the packing ring, but also increase the orientation of the packing when it is put because of the destruction of the symmetry of the packing structure. And because the symmetry of the filler structure is destroyed, so that the orientation probability of filler placement is increased.And beause of the flanging,the contact between the ring gap of the packing changes from linear contact to point contact. In this way, not only the gap between the packing particles is increased, the resistance of gas through the packing layer is reduced, and these contact points can also be the convergence and dispersion points of liquid flow along the surface of the packing, thus promoting the surface renewal of the liquid film, which is conducive to the improvement of the mass transfer efficiency of the packing.
  To date, worldwide have more than 1,000 cascade ring packing towers have been used in operations such as absorption, steaming and distillation.
