Alumina Ceramic  is an excellent electrical insulator and one of the most widely used advanced ceramic materials. Additionally, it is extremely resistant to wear and corrosion. Alumina components are used in a wide range of applications such as electronics, pump components and automotive sensors. UNIPRETEC offers a variety of alumina compositions, including 92% , 95% , 96%,  99% , 99.5% and 99.8% Alumina, Alumina components can be formed by a variety of manufacturing techniques such as uniaxial pressing,isostatic pressing, injection molding and extrusion. Finishing can be accomplished by precision grinding and lapping, laser machining and a variety of other processes.

 

Alumina ceramic furnace tubes are widely used in high temperature tube furnaces, the operating temperature can reach 1600 ºC, and the conventional diameter is 60mm-120mm. The corundum furnace tube is an important ceramic part of the tube furnace. It is installed in the middle of the furnace. Both ends are covered with metal flanges for sealing. The material is put into the crucible and placed in the furnace tube.
