Super Packing Mall Ceramic Structured Packing Ceramic structured packing made of thin-walled ceramic suitable for corrosive or high temperature applications where other materials like metal or plastic are not suitable. our structured packing provides high capacity, higher efficiency and lower pressure drop, structured packing affords plant operators increased separation efficiency and operation capacity, lower pressure drop and often significantly lower energy costs for distillation or absorption operations.

 

Many columns have been installed with super packing mall structured packing and have proven to be very stable and reliable in corrosive environments. Our tower packing can be supplied in a single piece construction for small columns and multi piece constructions for larger inner diameters.

Application:Ceramic Corrugated Structured Packing can widely used in the drying tower, absorbing tower, cooling tower, desulphurization towers, rectifying tower, washing tower, coal gas scrubbing tower, coking scrubbing benzene tower, scrubbing NH3 tower, ammonia washing tower,naphthalene washing tower, fertilizer saturation-heat water column and scrubbing tower, fertilizer heat gas saturation tower and regenerative tower.

Typical Application

a) Rectifying organic halide. b) Rectifying and absorbing some corrosive mixtures, which are definitely regulated in pressure drop and theoretic plate number. c) Applied in some towers that contain a large quantity of natural media used to absorb nitric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, as well as for purifying the air in chemical plants. d) Operating in vacuum conditions at a bottom absolute pressure of 100pa. e) Used in heat ex changer and demisting, or as a catalyst carrier.

100X The feature of high corrosion resistance makes it specially suitable for refinery of oil with high acid value, protecting naphthenic acid from corrosion. It is a good choice for desulfurization apparatus and towers.
250X,Y Widely used in the process of separation for mineral brine lixiviant reactant mixture, rectification for organic acid solutions as well as absorption / desorption for vitriol medium .
350X,Y Widely used in the acid dehydrator to reduce reflux, increase acetic acid and lower column operation temperature. Excellent separation performance for the process of high vacuum decompression , its ideal high temperature and corrosion resistant packing material for the glass, glass fibre reinforced plastic and enamel tower.
