Ceramic Intalox Saddle, the shape of it is a combination of the ring and the saddle, which benefits the advantages of the two. The structure helps liquid distribution and enlarges the gas channel.  It is one of the most widely used packing with large flux compared with Ceramic Pall Ring. "Super Packing mall" Ceramic Intalox Saddle, can resist to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except hydrofluoric acid, and can be used in high or low temperature conditions.  The moisture absorption must less than half a percent.  And it shows good thermal shock resistance during repeated cycling between -20ºC and 820ºC.
Typical Application:  Ceramic saddle ring is a widely used filler at present, not only used in drying towers, absorption towers, cooling towers, regeneration towers in chemical, metallurgy, gas, oxygen production and other industries, but also can be used as heat storage fillers for treatment Petrochemical, paint production, painting, printing, electronic components, integrated circuits and wires, pesticides and dyes, medicine, kinescopes, films, magnetic tapes, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment for low-concentration volatile organic waste gas in the light industry.
