Plastic heilex ring is also named plastic crown-type raschig ring. It is a open-celled tower packing. This type of tower packing has many circular openings on its surface. Its surface design is based on the saddle shaped structure. Plastic heilex ring adopts injection molding technique, which greatly enlarges its surface area and increases its void ratio. Its unique geometric structure improves the gas and liquid distribution in the packing layer.

 

Plastic heilex ring has superior performance. It is characterized by high flooding point, low pressure drop, small wall-flow effect and good anti-impact capacity.
