Manufacturing Process

1.Raw material ratio: Select high-purity bauxite (Al2O3≥92%), and add binders (such as clay, silica fume).
2.Forming process:

Dry pressing molding: Pressing into brick blanks under high pressure (100-200 mpa) to ensure uniform density.
Isostatic pressing (optional) : Used for complex-shaped or super-large-sized brick bodies.
3.High-temperature sintering
The temperature is raised to 1550-1650°C and held for 12-24 hours to form a dense corundum crystal structure.
4.
Post-processing:
Precisely grind to a tolerance of ±0.5mm.
Quality inspection (compressive strength ≥80MPa, thermal shock stability ≥10 cycles).
