Zhongci High Efficiency Cascade Mini Ring

Ceramic cascade mini ring lowers cylinder height and thins thickness and adds flanging on the side ends.
The flanging design increases mechanical strength of cascade mini ring. It also increase the directional possibility because it breaks the symmetry of packing structure. Besides, the contacting between random packing is transferred from line contacting to point contacting. In this way, it can increase the void between random packing particle and reduces the pressure drop. Besides, it can increase the mass transfer efficiency than ceramic pall ring.

  

Application

Ceramic Cascade Ring is commonly used in the refinery, gas processing, chemical, and environmental process industries. It has high density and excellent heat and acid resistance and it withstands the corrosion of various inorganic acid, organic acid and organic solvents. It is widely used in drying towers, absorbing towers, cooling towes, washing towers,regenerative tower and desulfurization towers in chemical engineering, metallurgy, coal gas, acid and oxygen production, pharmacy and other industries.
